Would the price be comparable to the regular fashion brands?
The cost of 60 loads using Ecobonza with a subscription is $12.95 including free shipping.

How much is shipping and handling?
Shipping is free. Ecobonza’s packages are very light-weight, which allows us to ship it to the front of your door with no shipping costs.
How long shall I wait for delivery?
Your package will be shipped the next business day after the order has been placed. The delivery times vary depending on where you live. It usually takes 1-5 days inside the US and 1 to 2 weeks for international shipments (maybe faster depending on your location) when the postal system is working as usual. Sometimes international orders can get stuck in customs or have other delays such as those due to the COVID situation.
Are taxes added to the order?
Taxes will be applied to your order if you live in Countries or regions that require us to collect them.
Will I be paying customs and importing fees?
Mostly, small orders are not subject to pay custom fees, but it depends on the Country.
If the case is that you are required to pay fees when your package arrives, you will be responsible for the fee.

How many washes do I get from a pack of Ecobonza?
The pack comes with 60 strips/30 sheets.
One strip equals one load, you can increase or reduce the dose for heavy or small size loads.
You can tear the sheet for a different dosage.
Recommended dosage
Hand wash: 1 strip for 6.6 Pounds
Machine wash: 1 strip for 6.6 Pounds, 2 strips for 11-13 Pounds
Sometimes, with the traditional detergents you may use more that needed because of the bottle’s design with a large opening. With Ecobonza sheets you will use just the right amount for each load.
How does it work?
The sheet dissolves immediately in hot or cold water leaving no residues.
Ecobonza's strips are an innovative washing product elaborated with highly developed technology. It’s Eco-friendly, differing from the traditional liquid and powder detergents, with strong cleaning power.
The laundry Sheet is a platy structure, thin and light, easy to carry and to store.
Hand Washing
- Pour water into the basin
- Add an Ecobonza strip.
- Place clothes and start washing
Machine Washing (Works in all machines)
- Put clothes in the machine.
- Add an Ecobonza strip.
- Start washing.
Top-load washer: place strip inside washer.
Front-load washer: place strip in detergent dispenser (tear strip into smaller pieces if necessary).
If your washer has separate detergent compartments for pre-wash and main wash cycles, we recommend that you place part of the Ecobonza strip in each compartment. Follow the instructions from your washing machine manufacturer and use Ecobonza as you would with any liquid or powder detergent.
Can I wash cloth diapers with Ecobonza?
Yes, you can! Ecobonza is hypoalergenic and formulated for the most sensitive skin.
Can wool, silk, cotton or cloth be washed with Ecobonza?
We recommend that you reference to the label on your clothing, every fabric is different and you should trust the recommendations on the cloth’s label. Ecobonza is to be used as any other laundry detergent.
Can Ecobonza be used with septic or greywater?
Many of our customers use Ecobonza with septic and greywater. Please review our ingredients to be sure that Ecobonza is right for your system of water.
Will Ecobonza be right for my sensitive skin?
Our formula has been proved to work for very sensitive skins, however, every person is unique, if you have any skin alergy please ask your dermatologist.
Does Ecobonza disolve in cold water?
Sure! Ecobonza sheets dissolve perfectly whether you use cold or hot water.
Is Ecobonza as effective as my regular detergent?
Definitely! We have lots of reports from our customers telling us they have the same result, if not better, than they used to have with the detergents they were using before.
Is Ecobonza Vegan?
Yes, no ingredients derived from animals are used in our formula, Ecobonza sheets are vegan. Also, as we don’t use plastic, animals, coral reefs, oceans and the environment are beeing cared for.
What ingredients does your formula use?
Our ecofriendly components are: Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Sodium C14-16 Olefin Sulfonate, Polyvinyl Alcohol, Glycerin, Sodium Citrate, Disodium Edta, Citric Acid, Fragrance.
Why aren’t there many suds when Ecobonza is dissolved in water?
The amount of suds produced by regular detergent does not relate to its cleaning power. Detergents that produce lots of suds usually include agents for this purpose that do not enhance cleaning power, but are added mainly for appearance purposes.
Is Ecobonza septic safe?
Yes, it is safe to use Ecobonza sheets on septic systems.
Is Ecobonza gluten and palm oil free?
Yes, Ecoboza is free of gluten and palm oil.
How do I update my subscription?
